Custom Entry Dust Collectors

The patented door design of A.C.T. dust collectors is simple, fast and secure. Custom Entry Dust Collectors offer tool less spark trap entry and/or custom entry dust drawer entry.

The cast aluminum handle locks the door shut against the dust collector. The heavy-duty cross-rod and brackets on the dust collector and cam are all stainless steel. Knobs, hinges, springs, threads and wasted time are eliminated.

Set the cross-rod in the brackets, lower the handle and it's locked securely. Lift the handle and door comes off giving you quick access to the spark trap or dust drawers for easy maintenance.

ADVANTAGES OF Custom Entry Collectors

The A.C.T. LaserPack and WeldPack units can feature the custom tool less spark trap entry and/or dust drawer handle entry.

Both options make for quicker and simpler maintenance. Our standard entry for both sections are bolt on.

The A.C.T. Dust Drawer Collectors can also feature the custom dust drawer handle entry.

This A.C.T. Dust Collector system comes standard with our A.C.T. Nano-Elite Nanofiber Cartridges. Our cartridge dust collectors are built to have a low total cost of ownership. Because our dust collectors take standard filters, the cost of replacement filters is much lower than systems that come with custom sized or shaped filters. It is important to consider filter replacement cost at the time of purchase.

EXTERIOR RAIL CARTRIDGE SUPPORTS FOR UNOBSTRUCTED PULSE

Inside the A.C.T. dust collector, the design continues to work. Two rails support the custom entry doors from the front to the back of the housing, eliminating the need for interior yoke support frame cantilevered from the collector tube sheet.

FIT AND FINISH

Thoughtfully constructed of stainless steel cam rod and bracket. As well as premium blast, prime and paint process ensures the drawers will remain in excellent cosmetic condition for many years.
