A.C.T. Dust Collectors ARB Baghouses are designed to meet the unique requirements of each application. They feature a continuous on line cleaning system so you have the same CFM at the end of the day that you started with.

The ARB Baghouse Collectors are best suited for heavy loading applications such as woodworking, feed, grain, food processes and recycling. This series features cyclonic baghouse filters. A.C.T. Dust Collectors offer round style baghouse collectors to meet your dust collection requirements.

Advantages of the ACT ARB 153-8-12

The ACT ARB 153-8-12 Round Baghouse is designed to meet the unique requirements of many applications including feed & grain, food processing, woodworking and recycling.

ARB series units do not require compressed air as the ARB comes standard with medium pressure cleaning system. The built-in cyclone promotes material drop out and extends filter life. Overall design is compact to minimize footprint.

Another advantage of the ARB series baghouse units is their single discharge point with one airlock and one container such as a dumpster, compactor, trailer, semitruck, or a supersack.

This ACT ARB 153-8-12 dust collection system holds (153) filter bags with hinged access door to walk in plenum for filter inspection and service. And, it features the A.C.T. standard no-tools top bag and cage removal at time of service.

PREMIUM GOYEN DIAPHRAGM VALVES AND ELECTRIC SOLENOIDS

Get behind the system, and the working end of the A.C.T. dust collector is equipped for any requirement. Goyen diaphragm valves and electric solenoids are the industry standard. Coupled with Dwyer Instruments digital, solid-state pulse control, complete with on-board pressure switch, you can control on-line, on-demand and downtime cleaning. All this is enclosed in a weatherproof housing for reliable operation.
