The A.C.T. Dust Collectors ARB Baghouse Series features a continuous, self-cleaning design to operate without the need for additional compressed air.
The main housing of the A.C.T. Dust Collector ARB Series Baghouse Collectors is 10 gauge upper section, 3/16" inlet and 10 gauge sidewall and cone section, hot-rolled carbon steel.

The ARB Baghouse operation is simple, proven, and efficient. Dust-laden air is drawn from the source through a duct system and into the reversible, bolt-on 90 degree involute inlet. Through air expansion and an internal deflection plate, the airstream velocity is reduced so large particles drop into the hopper below. The remaining dust particles are filtered through bag filters. This ensures that only clean air passes into the clean air plenum, through the fan, and is either exhausted to the atmosphere or returned to the building.
With hundreds of A.C.T. dust collectors manufactured and installed, every serial number is a statement of quality. Lifting lugs are engineered to the correct lifting angle and formed doors for maximum rigidity, coupled with deep one-piece gaskets, maintain the seal. Angle iron support structure and base plates are pre-punched for easy installation. A fastener kit is included with Grade 5, zinc-plated fasteners. A premium prime and paint process ensures the system will remain in excellent cosmetic condition for many years.

Our industrial bag filters are very durable and pliant, and offer top-notch release properties for dust and other particles. Typically, industrial bag filters have longer service lives between replacements.
