All A.C.T. Dust Collectors come standard with a timer board and a NEMA 4 timer board box. The customer is required to supply their own motor starter, this only controls the pulse cleaning system. Timer boards typically include two operating modes; a continuous cycle and an on-demand cleaning mode. Continuous cleaning occurs when the timer board is always pulsing to clean your filters while the dust collector is in operation. If you have an extremely demanding application, this may be the right option for you. On-demand cleaning occurs when the filter cleaning system automatically comes on and off based on how dirty the filters are. This is based off of the differential pressure across the filters.
