A.C.T. Dust Collectors RESPONSE PLAN to COVID-19

We want to inform you of our COVID-19 (Coronavirus) response plans, which we have implemented to protect our employees, customers, and vendors. 

MARCH 30, 2020:

Due to the Minnesota Shelter-in-place order A.C.T. Dust Collectors has implemented the following as of March 30, 2020:

We have been and will continue to be dedicated in supporting our customers within the automotive, agricultural, food processing applications along with all other essential manufacturing facilities around the country.

This is why A.C.T. Dust Collectors will remain available to you!

ACT Dust Collectors will be limiting our warehouse and office personnel to essential employees only, effective March 30, 2020.

By continuing to provide phone, email and Zoom conferencing support and other virtual tools, our team is ready to assist you as needed with your dust collector needs. As we do everything we can to prevent our employees and their families from being affected by COVID-19, we are still open for business at this time. We are still answering calls, sending quotes, accepting orders and shipping machines. 

We are constantly monitoring updates and recommended guidelines from government and public health officials in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. If any significant changes arise, we will inform you of our response plan as necessary.

MARCH 18, 2020:

A.C.T. Dust Collectors has implemented the following:

• While we have no current indication of COVID-19 or exposure to the virus within our team of employees, if Coronavirus does strike, we are prepared to minimize the spread with the protocol we have in place. Employees who are unwell or suspect they may have been exposed to the virus have been told to stay at home.
• We have implemented a daily cleaning and sanitation plan inside our facility to keep our teams work stations and areas clean and minimize the exposure.
• To help with social distancing, internal communication will be handled electronically as much as possible. Face-to-face meetings are being significantly limited. We encourage potential visits to our building to be postponed or managed electronically until further notice.
• We are able to conduct video conferences via Zoom for your inquiries regarding order updates and machine demonstrations. Our team is willing to work to provide videos of any processes that you or your team needs to review.
•  Employees are still available by phone, email or other methods of communication.
• Non-essential travel for employees has been significantly discouraged. Any electronic means to avoid travel is highly encouraged.
